Your Contribution

You will play a key role in delivering efficient HR operations, ensuring an excellent employee experience through payroll, compensation & benefits administration, recruitment, and HR services support.

Manage payroll processing and benefits administration to ensure accuracy, compliance, and employee satisfaction.
Provide HR services support, maintain employee data, prepare reports, and support audits and regulatory requirements.
Drive HR process improvements, system enhancements, automation initiatives, and workflow optimization.
Lead end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions, including candidate sourcing, selection, and onboarding coordination.
Coordinate onboarding programs and prepare employee resources such as IT equipment, uniforms, and workplace arrangements.
Maintain recruitment reports, procedures, and work instructions in alignment with company standards and business needs.
Support employee relations initiatives, company activities, and other HR projects as assigned.

Your Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Services, HR Operations, or a related HR function.
Strong knowledge of payroll administration, welfare & benefits management, and Thai labor law.
Good command of spoken and written English & Thai.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and high attention to detail.
High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
Positive, service-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Continuous improvement mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow alongside the organization.
Willingness to work on-site at MAHLE Engine Components (Thailand) Ltd. – Bangchan industrial estate, Bangkok.
