Job Title - Quality Control Engineer

Reporting To - Engineering Manager

Location - Rayong, Thailand

Key Responsibilities

Perform incoming quality inspections on purchased parts for overhaul and repair projects.
Inspect pumps, spare parts, and completed repair work to ensure compliance with company standards and engineering specifications.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports and distribute them to relevant parties.
Investigate non-conforming parts and coordinate corrective actions with internal departments and suppliers.
Maintain calibration records and ensure measuring instruments and testing equipment are properly calibrated and maintained.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and inspection processes.
Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and Service teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Experience in Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), or inspection of rotating equipment, pumps, or industrial machinery is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Proficient in using precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment.
Knowledge of rotating equipment overhaul, repair, and maintenance.
Familiarity with Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), particularly Penetrant Testing (PT) and Magnetic Particle Testing (MT).
PT Level 1 & Level 2 certification is preferred.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking
