Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and performance.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development.
Experience in designing and developing cloud-native applications using SAP Business Technology Platform services.
Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management and deployment processes within SAP environments.
Ability to integrate various SAP modules and third-party services to build comprehensive solutions.
Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development.
This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
