Our client is a US-listed company in the retail industry, they are looking for an Accounting Manager due to business expansion. The role will start with a 3-6 months contract, with a high potential to go permanent. Reporting to Financial Controller, you will be responsible for APAC internal control and consolidated reporting.
Monitor progress and maintain an overall oversight of the progress of the monthly Actuals, Forecast and annual strategic plans
Ensuring centralized reporting to Asia management is accurate, timely and complete by consolidating an reviewing the information across the Asia region prior to submission
Ensure consistent systems (SAP FICO) settings and systems processes (SAP FICO) across the Asia region
Develop services provision and resources plans together with the Controller for the whole Asia region
Support internal audits, SOX testing, and external statutory audits and US GAAP compliance, as applicable.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent
5+ years of experience in Reporting and FP&A and preferably 3+ years in Big 4 public accounting
Significant experience in financial accounting and reporting, auditing and financial process engineering, with record of strong control focus
Experience in Reporting system implementation is a big plus
Chartered Accountant / Certified Public Accountant certification required
Fluent in English and Mandarin

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
