Lead in inventory analysis and action in redeployment / return to reduce the excess inventory.
To manage and optimize the stock level in light of changes in demand and /or changes in availability of products including minimize Obsolescence (E&O).
To monitor, control inventory level and process forecast for all location to ensure sufficient inventory and meet future demand.
Process physical inventory control, conducted cycle count & physical count.
Responsible in internal or external audit in inventory related issue.
Work with planner to set proper Safety stock level in main warehouse and SMS.
Accountable for reviewing and working with country’s Sales/Product Manager on forecast versus actual usage to ensure improvement in the quality of forecast.
Escalate the inventory issue with related to cases support and revenue impact.
Analysis demand and supply with material planner and escalate the issue to Sales / Marketing and Warehouse team.
SAP - PTP super user, training planner and WH people in PTP jobs including maintain product master to ensure all of data in system was updated.
Run analysis report to review all product inventory level for stock planning.
Process to get Sales and Operation Planning process (S&OP) result to improve in demand / supply accuracy and supply issues.
To cooperate with regional and global in supply chain management.
To cooperate with related function to ensure all business requirement run smoothly.
Thai nationality only.
Master or Bachelor Degree in Materials Management / Supply Chain or related field
8-10 years’ experience in supply chain management, materials planning and inventory management functions in the healthcare industry, pharmaceutical, electronic or automobile industry. But in Medical Devices is advantage.
Inventory control and forecast system
At least 3 years experience in ERP system preferable SAP.
Computer skills and be proficient with commonly used software.
Good command of English.
