Our client is a global provider of semiconductor assembly, test & package design services
This position uses advanced technical knowledge and sales ability to sell products/services to new and existing customers. The role is responsible for supporting the growth of China market and defining business opportunities in the electronic manufacturing industry in South China. The incumbent needs to focus primarily on defining and implementing sales strategies and plans that will outperform quota and deliver net profit. This role needs both sustaining current South China customers and developing new potential customers including semiconductor and electronic system house categories. Primary Responsibility
Develop South china customer base including semiconductor and other electronic companies
Build strong customer relationships. Be the main contact point between the company and customers in all sales-related matters; Understand customers business and product requirements.
Explore and develop new business with his solid South China electronic manufacturing connections.
Primarily responsible for growth of China business.
Screen potential accounts to ensure a fit between the customers requirements and the companys capabilities.
Manage the sales process for new accounts from initial contact through the entire process.
Implement sales strategy to meet annual sales target as well as strategic goals for China region
Build relationships with key decision makers and customer accounts in the in-charge region.
Identify and develop good business relationships and synergies with the factories, sales team members, and customers to maximize revenue growth.
Work with sales and product leadership to exploit business development opportunities and partnerships that open new markets and expand the market share.
Identify business opportunities for improving business performance and increasing customer success; recommend and implement corrective action as needed.
Accurately forecast regional sales performance by product and/or customer on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Qualification / Skills / Experience Requirements
College degree or equivalent experience is required.
3+ year experience in the semiconductor/ electronic distributor field
They need to have EMS and/or semi distributor experiences
Sound knowledge of the companys products.
An aggressive, self-motivated, go-and-get approach and the will to win.
A good team player.
Strong presentation, sales, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Superior interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both internally and externally.

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
