Job Description
1Company Management
  • Execute approved Resolution, Strategic Business Direction and Plans approved by the Board
  • Coordinate the relationship between Shareholders, periodically organize the Board Meeting to discuss and decide the important issues
  • Manage day-to-day business and all related administrative issues

2Finance Management
  • Jointly with the Chief Financial Officer and the Chief Technical Officer to prepare and submit Green Fuel Project Proposal to the Board for approval
  • Jointly with the Chief Financial Officer, prepare and submit to the Board for review and approval (i) the management and financial statements, (ii) the annual financial plan, the annual financial reports, income and expenditure accounts, profit and loss accounts, all must be in accordance with the requirements for such financial statements and accounts set out in related documents, as well as in line with the reporting requirements as notified by GRAM-ZD and ALBA International from time to time (i) (ii) -
  • Jointly work with the Chief Financial Officer, maintain control over all financial matters and report to the Board and the Shareholders

3Policy/Regulations Management
  • Prepare and implement the business plans, budgets, production plans, personnel and staffing plans, procurement and sales plans and other plans and programs and any revisions thereto, unless there is a material deviation from the relevant plans or budget approved and adopted by the Board
  • Set up the management structure as approved by the Board, hiring and dismissing personnel who is not the management member
  • Prepare any internal regulations of the Company, including any amendments thereto, and supervise their implementation, subject to their prior approval by the Board if such approval is required under this Agreement or the Amended Articles (
  • Decide incentive systems with regard to especially but not limited to the Company business development activities

4Related Management
  • Proactively coordinate with different levels of the government relation, as well as potential business partners to develop and make company new business plan
  • Promptly notify the Shareholders and the Board about all matters coming to his notice which may materially affect the Companys business, premises, or property
  • Provide the Shareholders and the Board with any information and access that may be requested and handle other matters entrusted or requested by them


Qualifications
Education Requirement
  • Master or above
  • Specialized Requirement
  • Environment Engineering, Enterprise Management, MBA, Administrative Management and related specialties


Experience Requirement
  • 10 years above enterprise management and at least 5 years enterprise total management experiences 5
  • Top management working experiences and rich management skills


Knowledge Requirement
  • Familiar with environment related policies and with advanced management notions
  • Familiar with company business and operation process
  • Master project investment management, finance management and working process
  • Familiar with China, Hongkong and relevant countries/areas related policies and laws
  • Familiar with company professional knowledge


Skill Requirement
  • Good at company development strategic plan and control over the overall development of enterprises
  • Keen business acumen and excellent performance
  • Excellent leadership skills and competencies in team management
  • Rich negotiation experiences and skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in office software and equipment
