This is a highly visible role where you will work closely with senior business leaders and provide financial decision support to drive strategic plans and business performance for their Thailand operations. You will provide commercial insights to cross-functional teams and support business growth through rigourous evaluation of P&L, key business drivers and capital investment. In addition, you will champion best practices and drive the development of analytical tools to forecast business evolution. High performing candidates can look forward to rotation/ overseas secondment opportunities.
This position will be based in Bangkok, Thailand
You are a qualified CA with 8 to 12 years of experience in commercial finance, ideally gained with blue chip FMCG multinationals. Prior exposure to business case evaluation and financial modelling will be critical for success in this role. You have a track record in identifying business trends, providing sound recommendations and establishing relationships with senior business stakeholders. To succeed in this role, you will be described as personable, enterprising and a strong business partner.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
