You will have the opportunity to work with exceptional teams. This role is based in Penang. You must be familiar with annual compensation reviews such as salary reviews, bonuses, annual increment and bench marking. Additionally, you should have experience working with regional or global offices. You would be one who is good with numbers and strives for accuracy. You are an analytical person with great interpersonal and communication skills. You need to be familiar with local regulations and PeopleSoft To qualify, you will have at least 5-6 years of experience with good command of Excel. You must have experience working in a BPO or a call center.
