• The objective of this position is to profitably grow the business with focus on leading the Sales & Marketing efforts to acquire new logos. Strong leadership and creative selling skills will be required to develop winning strategies and develop strong local partners to advance business opportunities, build the pipeline and win consistently. • This position requires a minimum of 12 years relevant sales experience and 3-5 years Sales Leadership with a demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Sales Responsibilities:• Establish and achieve business plan.• Lead, direct and manage sales campaigns.• Provide timely and accurate sales and customer engagement reporting• Cultivate and motivate local and external team members. Leads by example to build and grow a team of enthusiastic and focused sales people.• Develop sales strategies and winning value propositions.Marketing Responsibilities:• Track and report on competition and market trends impacting business.• Promote company and services. Establish positive brand image.• Lead local Sales Campaigns from the front and support Regional Sales Campaigns. Monitor performance and garner market feedback. • Ensure capability to present company solutions and awareness of marketing communication materials for prospects • Ensure company presence at selected financial markets industry events and "top 10" bank coverage with Sales account plans and key stakeholder mapping.
