Large MNC looking for advisors to assist in prompt resolution of customers' enquiries My client is an extremely established BPO company and they are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Penang, Malaysia. Responsibilities: Provide prompt resolution to customers' enquiries and complaints, either through chatbots, mobile app, or phone calls Mentor and guide less experienced advisors, handling complex issues Meet KPIs set out by management Other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements: Min.
