Job Description Your responsibilities:
- Manage customer service & complaints
- Ensure well organized ordering process & on-time delivery is in place
- Service minded, creative thinking, good customer care skill & negotiation skill
- Coordinate with Production Planner to get all orders confirmed with the reasonable lead-timeDesired Skills and Experience Your compentencies / qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Business Administration or any related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer relation will be advantage but not necessary. New Graduated are welcome!
- Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills with fluency in Thai & English.
- Able to handle work pressure, fast pace, able to handle demanding customers and bright ideas on problem solving for customers.
