As an HR Assistant you will be assisting the HR Department in the following functions:
  • Strategic Human Resource Management
  • Organizational Development
  • Talent Development
  • Workforce Staffing
  • Employee Engagement and Labor Relation


As an HR Associate (Organizational Development),you will be responsible in assisting the department in the following functions:
  • Improvement of organizational effectiveness
  • Enhancement and continuous competency development
    • Conduct regular organization, leadership and talent assessment
  • Integrated talent management programs to streamline processes and systems
  • Culture Building and Change Management
    • Implementing OD interventions that aligns to or respectful of our cultural elements
    • Change management strategies and plans to help division/ department managers and employees to successfully facilitate and absorb organizational changes
  • HR Technologies, Analytics, and Knowledge Management
    • People Metrics and analytical tools, systems and applications


  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources or equivalent
  • Knowledgeable and high-interest in the HR field
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills - written and oral
  • Highly independent, organized and detail-oriented
