Job Description
  • Responsible for working with a few named accounts in specific industry segments or territories where deep engagements require a multi year strategy with the customer around transformation and territory engagements take the more traditional approach.
  • Impact should result in executive level trusted advisor status which should drive our relevance, preference and pull for our strategic focus areas.
  • This role covers both ICs AND those Managing the teams.
  • This role requires the individual to have sales expertise in Cloud, Analytics, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Workplace Transformation.
  • Able to rapidly gain deep expertise in Intel 's products and also the solutions coming from our eco-system partners.
  • Able to understand and internalize customer requirements and have the ability to offer compelling and cohesive solutions and value propositions based on Intel Technologies, products, and platforms.
  • Experienced with strategic selling methodologies and be experienced at engaging at all levels of a customer organization, including executive CXO level.
  • Highly motivated sales professional who is adept at outcome-based selling across the key customer base.
  • Required to challenge customers and drive digital, and IT transformation through targeting a real workload approach to selling in different enterprise customers in FSI, Telco, Healthcare, Retail, and Cloud Service Provider verticals.
  • Ability to relate transformation to derived business value will be crucial to the ongoing success of this role.
  • Should have a history of delivering and exceeding sales quota and possess a strong desire to work as a critical member of a winning team!
  • Individual with 5-8 years of solutions sales with minimum 2-3 years selling experience in FSI/Telco/HLS/Retail/CSP segments and a successful track record delivering business results for large enterprise customers in Thailand.
  • Strong business and account management acumen required, an MBA would be an advantage.
  • Comfortable with risk-taking and hungry to succeed in a fast-moving business environment.
  • Ability to excel as an empowered individual contributor and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment of high ambiguity and constant interruptions; ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; attention to detail and results in orientation.
  • Ability to work effectively within a complex matrixed organization, across business groups, cultures and time-zones.
  • Good sense of humor, flexibility, and can-do spirit.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
