Regional role Opportunity to work with global L&D team Housing and food allowances provided A leading travel retail organisation is looking for a Learning and Development (L&D) manager to work closely with senior managers of Operations, HR and the global L&D team. *This role is based in Cambodia.* The role: You will need to work closely with business partners and vendors to identify and create business performance support tools, blended learning, classroom solutions and e-learning. You will also have to ensure that all policies and practices are in line with business priorities. You will measure the impact of L&D programs in relation to business priorities. You will translate needs assessments into clear strategy documents. You will plan, direct and deliver all L&D programs. You will manage L&D projects on time and budget and contribute to the progressive development of Global L&D strategy. You will identify performance gaps and training opportunities and ensure the smooth operations of all L&D programs and projects. You will serve as consultant for performance management activities including talent mapping, goal setting and individual development planning. About you: You are a person who have regional experience and have experience working with senior management as well. You will ideally have worked in an MNC or in an organisation with strong L&D culture. You have experience in leading and managing team members to deliver their goals. You are also able to manage a team directly and remotely. You are able to mitigate your way around culturally diverse environment and across different seniority. You are able to work on tight deadlines under high pressure and still deliver results. You have strong problem solving skills and able to make sound decisions. Additionally, you must be able to handle and deal with conflicts. Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
