Here is a glimpse of what youll do
  • Responsible for leading a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused services and solutions, support the development and implementation of project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.
  • Organize, plan and direct Global Service & Solution program schedules and budgets
  • Responsible for tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
  • Provide support, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
  • Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all commitments made relative to project development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.
  • Reviews program proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
  • Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program, and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.
  • Manage the coordination of program activities with P&L and customer satisfaction, have responsibility for accounts of various complexities.
  • Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.
  • Maintain current and develop additional business with customers.
  • Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met.
  • Implement appropriate HR Strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.
  • Directs the daily activities of the distribution function, activities include shipping, receiving, inventory control, etc.
  • Generates warehouse productivity reports, in regard to selection rates, receiving rates and accounts for all labor hours. Adheres to budget requirements and works toward obtaining objectives and goals.
  • Responsible to ensure cooperation between relevant operational departments to ensure delivery schedules are expedited in a timely manner and that the relative teams are supported.
  • Ensure that there is continuous improvement to standard logistics process, such as replenishment, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration and related functions and all are effectively implemented as appropriate.
  • Act as escalation of logistics service and solution to senior management as appropriate.
  • Be responsible for provision of all planning related required reporting and present reports or information to senior management as required.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of warehouse equipment, providing both preventive maintenance programs and all necessary repairs.
  • Recommends equipment requirements and replacements in order to upgrade and maintain warehouse productivity and efficiency.
  • Responsible for warehouse safety programs in order to provide a safe and clean workplace for employees and within the regulations of all OSHA local and state regulations.
  • Oversee the forward and reverse logistics in the scope of global service and solution business
  • Key stakeholder to implement the trade compliance requirement
  • Support the solution architect to output the solution for the project, especially for the information / input specific to the site
  • Take part in the pricing process with solution architect and finance to ensure the appropriate P&L model is reviewed and approved by the management
  • Drive BD team to secure the business opportunity and track the development of each business opportunity on behalf of the site.
  • Provide site related information and input to BD team and other global counterparts to win business opportunities


Here is some of what youll need (required)
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience. A Master degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in program administration/management or related area.
  • Prior 3PL experience or similar capacity on forward, reverse logistics would be added advantage
  • Hands on project development and on-boarding in FuTian FTZ, e.g. familiar with import/export, domestic/bonded, duty/VAT, B2B/B2C distributions logistics, re-packaging, etc.
  • Strong business acumen, result oriented and familiar with commercial on supply chain, logistics and distributions
  • Good communication and coordination skills managing overseas clients
