Job Description Position: Sales Development Manager, 5G leader Report to: Global E&E BDM Location: Shenzhen / Shanghai
Develop and implement market plan on 5G market (including Optical fiber, Antenna, Base station, SD mimo Antenna split, sensor and low Dk & Df materials etc,) in GC.
Working and coordinate the 5G related projects in the region.
Identify, validate and develop new customers/applications for Solvay specialty products on this dynamic market with value selling concept.
Buildup Development Pool related to 5G arena.
Build and maintain strong multi-level relationships with OEM (Such as Huawei, ZTE, Corning, Amphenol, TE, Sanwa etc.) and key account management skill.
Collaborate and working closely with GMM and different BL R&D team to accelerate the development.
Be able to develop value chain and study the value proposition of Solvay products in the targeted customers, verify the development concept and engage with the major player along the value chain.
Experience and Education Required:
Bachelor degree or above in Polymer related discipline, MBA is a plus.
5 years or above working experience as sales and/or market development, preferred in Tel-communication related industry.
Strong project management capability and quick learning capability
Result driven, Self-motivated, Proactive, Team work.
Good English Communication skill.

Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
