My client is one of the leading banks in Hong Kong and wishing to hire some new and fresh IT Helpdesk supports to enhance their IT Team.

Job Description
  • Assist to provide IT solution through telephone and email
  • Perform IT helpdesk support including call handling, troubleshooting, follow-up action and coordination
  • Assist to log and escalate cases to 2nd tier engineers to follow up

Job Requirement
  • Diploma in Education
  • Good Problem solving, analytical, interpersonal
  • Willing to learn and good working attitude
  • Able to communicate in English and Cantonese
