Want to work with a company who is looking for excellent talent in the Application Support space..A global MNC is now looking for an Software Support Engineer who will support the customers.The role demands effective collaboration. Must be a mature self-starter. Must manage competing priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining necessary processes, controls and procedures that ensure accuracy and integrity.Key Responsibilities: Define training content, build training materials and ensure region technical teams knowledge ramp up Analysis of issues reported by regions, identify issues and provide recommendations. Validate solutions given to Regions are in line with expectations and technical documentation Expertise in ticketing system and support processes and knows Software Integration practices and build system mechanisms Android knowledge and know to debug and development capabilities in Java & C/C++. Must Have Android POS knowledge Debug and development capabilities in Java & C/C++.
