Job Description
1. Research and develop new products to be introduced to the customers.

2. Recommend improved materials or machineries to the customers to show the difference of the current product and the new product.

3. Plan and modify products to customers’ needs and satisfaction.

4. Secure and renew orders from the customers.

5. Help the customers to understand more about the products and its applications.

6. Get customers’ specific requirements based on their preferred type of product.

7. Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining the products of the company to the customers /prospect customers.

8. Report sales or product development monthly/quarterly/yearly.

9. Support and/or build good rapport to the customers in behalf of the company.

10. Ensure aptness of the product based on the consumer’s demand to add value to the customers.

11. Able to maintain alertness with the new product in the market and analyze its effect to the company’s products.

12. Optimize delivery plan based on the agreed schedule with the customers.

13. Ensure that the customers always get the right information/ current status regarding their ordered product/s.
