Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
  • The Team Leader (TL) leads, motivates and assesses performance of a team of Telesales Executives. 
  • TL is also responsible to ensure maximum involvement and contribution from each team member under his /her leadership. 
  • TL is also responsible to manage, coach and monitor the team while coordinating with other leaders/partners to ensure that all relevant quality, sales target and KPIs are met. 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Managing, continues training and seeing to sales team’s development 
  • Manage day-to-day call floor operations and supervises the daily activities of a team 
  • Coach, develop and motivate team to maximize team sales results aligned to KPI’s 
  • Identify performance related issues, develop an action plan for improvement and implement corrective action 
  • Provide subject matter expertise in handling escalated sales calls 
  • Create good relationship with team members and motivate them to put their best to work in order to achieve maximum sales target 
  • To support and enable team member to achieve KPI in productivity i.e call target, sale/s revenue target, productivity 
  • Monitors and evaluates interactions and workflow to ensure that performance standards and sales target are met 
  • Responsible for preparing and delivering sales reports 
  • Performs call monitoring and provides feedback to telemarketers for improvement 

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be native Thai speaker with the ability to converse in English 
  • Bachelor’s degree in open field 
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the area of sales (contact center is an advantage) and 1 year of team management 
  • Ability to lead and manage a team 
  • Strong leadership and people management skills 
  • A bottom-line performance-driven personality 
  • Good team building and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels 
  • Excellent training, coaching, analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines 
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. 5 days week following normal business hours.
