The Telesales Executive (TSE) role is a key point of contact between our client and their customers across Thailand to answer queries, introduce and offer product solutions on its existing and new items.
The TSE position is responsible for making cold calls to potential customers, generate sales and meet business sales goals.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Learn, develop understanding and competency of client’s products/offerings & business expectations
Perform outbound sales calls in relation to client’s products and qualify potential leads
Ensure call and sales notes are accurately recorded and maintained in CRM
Track leads and timely follow up to ensure daily orders and targets are met
Ensure quotations are prepared timely and accurately processed
To ensure good rapport and relationships with customers with the ability to influence and create immediate or progressive product needs
To close and meet daily /weekly/ monthly sales goals in accordance with KPI /development plan
The "extra-mile" attitude to drive & increase personal sales targets and business sales volume
Must be native Thai speaker and the ability to converse basic English
Bachelor’s degree in open field
Minimum 1 year experience in the area of sales (contact center is advantageous)
Good presentation & negotiation skills with the ability to customize product to customer needs
Pleasant personality, service minded, good communication and high interpersonal skills
Flexible, responsible and self-disciplined
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software, email), telephone and typing skills
Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. 5 days week following normal business hours.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
