Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for brand building and integrated communication We're looking for an experienced Account Director to lead some of our most dynamic clients in the automobile, insurance, and FMCG categories.

In this role, you'll be the trusted business partner to clients—guiding strategy, shaping campaigns, and ensuring smooth delivery across creative, digital, and media disciplines. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love collaborating with talented teams to build impactful work, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end account management, from taking client briefs to overseeing flawless campaign execution.
  • Build strong, strategic relationships with senior clients and provide proactive business recommendations.
  • Develop and guide integrated campaign strategies across ATL, digital, social, and performance media.
  • Work closely with internal creative, strategy, media, production, and analytics teams to deliver best‑in‑class work.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and internal workflow to ensure project excellence.
  • Lead and mentor account servicing team members to achieve high performance.
  • Drive business growth through opportunity spotting and strategic planning.

What We're Looking For


  • 8 years of experience in an advertising, digital, or integrated agency.
  • Proven experience managing major accounts
  • Strong background in integrated communication and digital media.
  • Exceptional client-handling and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and manage multiple workstreams.
  • Fluent in Thai and English.
