Job Summary

THE JOB

The Account Executive ensures a positive client experience and customer experience. Being the key person to maintain a strong and connected client relationship and plays a critical role in the development and implementation of ticketing strategies to maximise sales.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Provide day-to-day management support for a range of clients.
  • Full cycle event planning and execution, including accurate and efficient event building.
  • Deliver successful onsales by working closely with the technology team.
  • Regular face-to-face interaction with clients which includes planning meetings and presentations.
  • Manage the delivery of event day services for your clients.
  • Manage and direct staff onsite at events and provide a key escalation point for any ticketing issues.
  • Proactively review all special events prior to notification of their onsales and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Passionate in all kinds of Live Events
  • Flexibility in working hours - the ability to work during weekends and evenings
  • Resilient: Being able to cope with tough events. When something bad happens, you're able to keep going, both physically and psychologically.
  • Determination and Open to Learn new things: Aim for the highest and being open to learn new things all the time.
