Role is based outside Bangkok (Manufacturing Area)
Takes ownership of assigned end-user account(s) or territory; develops and executes sales strategy for assigned vertical with manager's input; develops positive relationships with key customer contacts and leverages to Zebra's advantage; builds and delivers high impact sales presentations and capable of product training; often used for those with strong technical background but limited sales experience or strong sales with limited product/market understanding
Having technical expertise in solutions; relating Zebra products or services to apply into solutions sales concept to different situation. You understand policies and practices related to the role and share ideas for improvement. With an eye for business, you understand and explain how Zebra solutions can help customer's business results; obtains profitable revenue growth via value proposition vs. competition. You have strong market economics/trend knowledge to position Zebra efficiently against competition.
Solution Complexity/Critical Thinking
You will have the resilience to solves routine or complex problems (e.g. verifying technical compatibility) at the customer level from technical standpoint, with typically medium complexity, but may have some complex projects that require outstanding coordination of technical resources
Freedom to Act
You work under general supervision, make decisions of moderate complexity that impact deliverables of projects; exercises judgment in approach, sometimes requiring and assessing tradeoffs and take direction from Group Manager and Directors
Acts independently or as a team lead for ad-hoc teams; taking initiative to reach buyers/decision makers for small and mid-d deals and end users. Have great understanding of customer to influence purchase for moderate projects.
Being part of Zebra, you should understand the business and financial impact and be responsible for individual revenue attainment with established prices and personal expenses. You are required to meet moderate to average individual quota for business and like roles which may have transactions with some moderately complex deals and make strategic impact for Zebra mid-term.
- Bachelors or equivalent experience
- Must have 2-5 years of applicable work experience in manufacturing
- Uses moderate domain/solutions knowledge
- Applies Solution Selling concepts to customer situations; excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understands policies and practices related to role and shares ideas for improvement
