Accounting & Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, month-end closing, and ensure compliance with TFRS and tax regulations
• Oversee general ledger, FIFO inventory costing, WIP accounting, and cost reconciliation processes
• Manage cash flow forecasting, treasury operations, bank facilities, and liquidity planning
• Supervise AP/AR operations, vendor payments, customer billing, and collection activities
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls, governance, and financial risk management practices
• Lead and develop the finance team while driving process improvement and operational efficiency
• Partner with the DPA team to enhance financial reporting, Power BI analytics, and Microsoft Fabric-based financial intelligence systems
