Work you'll do
  • Coordinate with various staff levels for operational support activities of the unit serve as a liaison between departments and operating units in the resolution of day-to-day administrative and operational problems.
  • Provide daily assistance to Partner/Managers as necessary such as dealing with incoming calls/inquiries, assisting visitors and solving a wide range of administrative problems.
  • Provide support to JSG professionals to summary meeting notes when they are on the go
  • Draft emails when the JSG professionals are on the go
  • To help with simple translation matters, such as certain emails may require dual-language for the benefits of the Japanese clients and also our own non-JSG professional

  • Bachelor's Degree in Japanese
  • 0 - 2 years of working experience as an interpreter, secretary, or other related filed
  • Working experience in professional firm with accounting knowledge/background is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Ability in Japanese language skills (JPLT 1 or JPLT 2) in verbal and written communication
  • Good command of English language skills in verbal and written communication
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Service minded
