Advertising Sales Specialist - Bangkok, Thailand

At Entravision, a leading advertising, media, commerce, and ad-tech solutions company, we are in search of an Advertising Sales Specialist with a strong background in ad sales to join our team in Bangkok, Thailand. If you are an enthusiastic digital media expert with 5+ years of sales experience and a proven track record of driving results for brand advertisers. We invite you to be a part of our advertising sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with advertisers and agencies to drive effective advertising campaigns for specific Media Platforms such as Criteo, Huawei & App Performance.
  • Proactively grow client portfolio: Focus Direct advertisers in E-Commerce, Fintech, EduTech, Gaming,etc.
  • Advise advertisers in building and executing effective campaigns, measuring results, and renewing/up-selling to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance on a daily basis and make recommendations for performance optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with internal ad operations teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery with optimization recommendations.
  • Manage payment structures and terms with clients.
  • Stay updated with the evolving digital media landscape and adapt to our ongoing product developments.


  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing digital marketing programs for advertisers or their agencies. Preferably performance campaigns such as CPI & Lead Gen
  • Demonstrated ability to create, develop, and enhance customer relationships.
  • Capacity to manage client relationships and resolve conflicts, driving collective business decisions.
  • Proven track record of translating marketing objectives into results for advertisers.
  • Demonstrated experience in effectively optimizing marketing campaigns by analyzing performance and recommending adjustments to key performance drivers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Aptitude, creativity, and a preference for working in small, collaborative teams with minimal supervision.
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketplace and competitive landscape in which we operate.
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field.
