- Bachelor Degree in any field
- 1-2 Years experience in customer service ,Call center or telated field
- Good command of listening speaking reading and writing English
- Good command & interpersonal skill
- Pleasant personality,service minded, possitive thinking,enthusiastic,strong coordination and team working
- Proficiency in the use of Microsofe Office
- Able to work under pressure
