Agoda Homes - a core business line within Agoda - supports a wide range of non-hotel accommodation types, including serviced apartments, homes, private villas, farm stays, chalets, boats, and many more. While these accommodations were always available on Agoda, a changing market demands more focus on increasing supply and elevating their quality

The Opportunity

Agoda Homes Operations team creates and supports processes, systems & tooling for direct supply growth through market teams. They also work closely with cross-functional teams within Agoda to scale up global supply optimization projects and make sure partners have good experiences using Agoda Homes products. They continuously seek for an opportunity to improve existing processes and create new initiatives

In This Role, You'll Get To:

  • Own global projects from end-to-end: Own the success of global projects to roll out new tools and services to Agoda Homes team
  • Design standard processes for global supply teams t: Create centralized processes to ensure success of account managers across 10+ core countries
  • Develop Solutions: Ideate, develop, and communicates innovative and practical solutions to solve business problems or improve efficiency
  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders: Work closely with other teams within Agoda to design and launch large-scale projects
  • Conduct trainings for market teams: Conduct trainings with 20+ attendees on projects and processes
  • Problem-Solving: Identify areas of inefficiently through process analysis and identify fixes through problem-solving utilizing data, internal systems and CRM tools (HubSpot)=
  • Master Systems: Master Agoda systems, products and programs, follows set processes and uses associated data to monitor progress toward agreed business goals.

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Ability to work well with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural environment
  • Eagerness to pitch new ideas, take initiatives, and look for opportunities for improvements
  • Strong problem solving and structuring skills
  • Intellectual curiosity, ability to learn fast
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ask the right questions to ensure speed and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with working with data sets and analyzing data using Microsoft Excel

Would Be Preferred, But Not Required

  • Experience working in operational role is a big advantage
  • Proven track record of project management, developing, and implementing plans to achieve business goals and objectives
  • Experience with CRM tools, e.g. HubSpot
  • Exposure to one or more data related tool, e.g., SQL, Metabase, Superset
