Job Title: AI Visual Aesthetic Evaluator (Image and Video)

Role Purpose
Evaluate the quality of AI-generated images and videos. You will act as an Aesthetic Judge, identifying technical flaws and visual inconsistencies to help train next-generation generative models.
Key Responsibilities
- Visual Analysis: Critically assess generated content from dimensions of composition, lighting, shadows, physical realism, and temporal consistency (for video).
- Defect Identification: Spot common AI artifacts (e.g., finger counts, warped textures, unnatural movements).
- Aesthetic Scoring: Score content based on artistic value and cinematic quality.
- Technical Reporting: Clearly describe why a generated output is failed or successful in English.
Requirements
- Expertise: Background in Fine Arts, Film/TV Production, Photography, or Visual Design.
- Aesthetic Eye: Strong understanding of visual principles (composition, anatomy, physics of light).
- English: Must be able to describe visual defects accurately in English.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Gen-AI models (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Sora, etc.) is a huge plus.
