About ttb analytics
ttb analytics is data analytics of TMBThanachart Bank. We employ advanced analytics to drive bank-wide strategic and management decisions and to execute key data initiatives to improve customer financial well-being. Our data products, include personalized recommendation engine for retail customers, social listening, alternative data risk models, channel/network spatial optimization, satellite image processing for income estimation, mobile banking analytics and etc., leveraging on our massive and high-frequency dataset of transactional and behavioral data and also external data.
As a Analytics Strategist @ttb analytics, you will,
- Formulate hypotheses and set up business initiatives for better CX or efficiency enhancement.
- Plan and maximize value of data analytics by creating solution e.g. platform, dashboard, analysis.
- Mentor and develop individual team members desired capabilities.
- Engage with BUs and play an active role in leading team meetings.
- Produce and present tailor-made results and implement recommendations in collaboration with BU and team members.
Qualifications
- At Least 4 years experience for Data Analytics
- Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research or equivalent
- Strong with skill SQL, Python, Tableau and Power BI
- Create and plan data-driven narrative, presentation and visualization to drive business initiatives.
- Story Telling and presentation through data visualization.
- Business understanding and hypothesis setting.
- Strong passion and ability to ask relevant business questions, leveraging on data analytics
- Proactive personality with initiative, resourceful, enthusiasm, and able to think on his own idea
- Strong capabilities to communicate clearly both in writing and presentations in Thai and English
