Job Description

The Anantara Curator is a highly detailed, guest-focused role responsible for orchestrating the personalized experiences of club access guests throughout their stay. This position ensures seamless coordination of guest preferences, and service touchpoints from pre-arrival to departure. Plays a key liaison role between departments to maintain the highest level of service and guest satisfaction in luxury hospitality.

Qualifications

• Prior direct experience in Hotel Front Office & F&B operations is preferred.
• Proficient in both English and Thai (Bilingual).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Be able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Computer skills in MS Office experience in operating/using Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred.
• With Opera experience is preferred
