Area Sales Executive - Ice Cream

Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Accurately forecasts annual, quarter, and month turnover, both primary and secondary sales for the assigned territory
  • Develop specific plans to ensure turnover growth in UTT's product portfolio
  • Coordinate proper distributors resources to ensure efficient and consistence sales results
  • Reviews progress of sales, execution score, direct coverage, and relevant project throughout the year
  • Manage personnel and develop distributor's salesman field competency and skill development
  • Ensure compliances of sales policies, practices, and procedures
  • Accelerate growth in Top priority sales target - DT GSV, MBC GSV, HORECA GSV
  • Reds Spirit execution - IQ perfect store, Idle asset, NPC
  • Increase quality coverage (RTD, School, HORECA outlets)
  • Create new jobs - Wall's man targets by distributor


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven minimum 1 year of experience as an Area Sales Manager or a similar role in the FMCG or consumer goods industry. Ice cream business background is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the local general trade market and retail dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive results in a competitive market.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area as required.
