Developing sustainability strategies, policies and guidelines as appropriate.
Ensuring alignment between functions and between GULF's work and various national/ international standards or trends.
Representing GULF in sustainability-related seminars/ training or other events by SET and other organizations.
Sustainability reporting - Supporting the team/ section lead in completing annual reports, sustainability assessment, and other reporting including:
Managing sustainability reporting for annual reports, assessments and the corporate website in line with national/ international reporting standards including compiling and analyzing required data, designing and producing content, updating and improving reporting, and managing vendors.
Completing major national and international sustainability/ ESG assessments.
Responding to enquiries and/or completing questionnaires from investors, financial institutions, or other organizations.
SRMC - Serving as the coordinator for Sustainability and Risk Management Committee meetings including:
Managing scheduling and organization of all meetings.
Developing pre-meeting documentation and presentation decks.
Producing minutes and keeping records of all documents.

Risk management (general) - Supporting the team/ section lead in all risk-related work including:
Developing risk management policies, procedures and guidelines as appropriate.
Designing and delivering risk management internal training/ workshops.
Risk assessment and monitoring - Supporting the team/ section lead in managing all tasks related to risk assessment, monitoring and reporting, including:
Coordinating with all functions to identify corporate risks on an annual basis including compiling, analyzing, and assessing risks.
Supporting other risk assessments (e.g. at project level, or on specialized topics) as required.
Producing mid-year and year-end risk reports.
Business continuity management - Supporting the team/ section lead in managing all tasks related to GULF's BCM including:
Supporting the monitoring of BCM implementation across the Company.
Proposing improvements and updates to risk management and BCM plans.
Coordinating with vendors to design and deliver BCM e-learning programs and/or organize BCM testing for key functions.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Risk Management or related fields.
Minimum 2 years experience in corporate sustainability/ sustainable development and/or risk management.
Experience in corporate compliance and/or enterprise risk management and/or corporate social responsibility.
Experience in power generation, renewable energy, hydropower, gas and infrastructure & utilities would be an advantage.
Ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders.
Possess strong problem solving and decision-making skills, creativity and a commercial mindset.
Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
