Company: Nissan Motor (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

Working Location: Nissan Office , Bangna-Trad KM.22, Samut Prakarn, Thailand

Hiring Condition: Permanent

Job Description

  • Manage export control operations, liaise with the Nissan Global Team, and serve as the export control secretariat for Thailand.
  • Prepare, review, and confirm import/export documentation, including customs clearance, invoices, incoterms, certificates of origin, and other required documents.
  • Control and update the Customs Part Master (Part Description, HS Code, Privilege, Price, Import Permit, etc.).
  • Oversee FTA management, ensuring regulatory compliance and accuracy while dealing with overseas suppliers/customers and the Thai Ministry of Commerce for import/export.
  • Handle FTA solicitations and follow up with suppliers for FTA short forms for export parts.
  • Manage BOI inventory and understand its rules and regulations.
  • Control and manage tax compensation to achieve Nissan KPIs, and liaise with Thai customs and customs brokers.
  • Prepare and complete monthly saving reports on tax incentives (Free Zone, FTA Import/Export, Tax Compensation, etc.), and ensure proper retention management.
  • Work on customs Bank Guarantees, manage the scrap process, and handle customs petitions.
  • Manage billing reconciliation, prepare documents, and coordinate with Accounts Payable (AP).
  • Support and analyze ad-hoc projects.


  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in import/export operations.
  • Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures, particularly Free Zone and BOI.
  • Good knowledge of customs, incoterms, tax privileges (FTA, Tax Compensation, BOI, BIS29), TISI, and other related regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficient in English communication (writing, reading, speaking).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, self-esteem, and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive, ambitious, and eager to learn.
  • Team spirit with excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Good interpersonal relations and a positive mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
