The team you will be joining is responsible for creation of mutually beneficial relationships with corporate partners. The Strategic Partnership team is a highly motivated team responsible for identifying and strengthening strategic opportunities with Grab’s potential partners. This team works with almost all Grab cross functions with the objective to drive mutual benefits between partners and Grab stakeholders including drivers, merchants and users.
Get to know the Role:
We are looking for an Assistant Partnership Manager to initiate both short and long term partnership projects and manage relationships with the partners. The successful candidate should be able to identify internal and external business opportunities and craft strategy and proposal for optimal outcome. You should have a decent Marketing/Agency background with exceptional people’s management, communication and project management skills. The role will also give you a unique opportunity to work with top conglomerate partners in Thailand and collaborate with internal teams to ensure success of strategic initiatives and make a real impact on our customer’s everyday life.
The day-to-day activities:
Business/Marketing Planning

  • Ability to understand gaps and opportunities of Grab business from cross functions including Marketing, Operations (drivers and merchants) and strategy team.

  • Identify strategic partners to work with and come up with a win-win proposal for both partners and Grab.

  • Work with Marketing, Creative and Demand Planning on campaign execution including creative brief, social media schedule, promotion generation and in app set up.

  • Coordinate with partners to ensure accuracy of marketing deliverables.


  • Client proposal

Project Management

  • Key Account Management: Top Conglomerates / Partners

  • Project Management: coordinate with highly motivated and diverse internal and external teams including business partners, Grab core business verticals, marketing, operations, legal etc to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.

Performance Tracking / Sales Cadence

  • Adopt a data-centric approach in all strategies and partnerships’ approaches

  • Measure & track the performance during and post the campaign.

The must haves:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of marketing/business development/agency experience.

  • FMCG/agency background is preferred

  • Excellent project management skills & relationship management skills.

  • Ability to construct and deliver clear presentations

  • Comfortable making data driven decisions

  • Ability to work in a super fast paced environment with high requirements.

  • Ability to adapt to the request quickly.

  • Ability to speak and write in Thai and English fluently
