Job Description

The Talent Acquisition teams mission at Principal is to be skilled and experienced brand ambassadors that use data and innovative recruiting techniques in partnering with the business to attract and acquire diverse, high-quality talent. The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for providing high-value recruitment support to Hiring Managers, championing the Principal brand and ensuring the delivery of an exceptional candidate experience.

Job accountabilities include

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for permanent employees to meet business direction and strategies in responsible function.
  • Plan and execute effective methods and techniques for attracting and sourcing candidates i.e. direct search, recruitment agency, mass recruitment, social media, networking and, etc
  • Lead strategic recruitment projects i.e. talent acquisition system, employee value proposition, internship program, and internal transfer.
  • Responsible for manpower planning, manage and control recruitment budget
  • Act as an ambassador to enhance Principal reputation through recruitment practices and networking
  • Prepare report in responsible function to monitor recruitment performance and ensure recruitment progress is on track.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • 8 years of extensive experience as a Recruiter working either in-house or in an Agency (Finance or Asset Management recruitment preferred) with excellent direct sourcing skill for various type of roles
  • Advanced communication skills in written and verbal English
  • Commercial approach to problem solving
  • Ability to build key relationships and manage senior stakeholders and influence decision makers
  • Previous experience using creative and innovative sourcing techniques to identify key talent
  • Demonstrates and delivers best practice recruitment expertise
  • Excellent networking and strong interpersonal skills to communicate with all client groups
  • Solutions focused, team player, organized and efficient
  • Experience working in multi-national environments for large globally based organisations with complex matrix reporting structures.
