Job overview:

As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you will assist Senior Marketing Manager in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns to promote our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, CRM, e-Business, learning & development, retail, and Communication to ensure the successful launch and ongoing marketing activities of the categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business objectives in assigned categories
  • Monitor market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities and potential threats
  • Assist in the creation of product positioning and messaging that effectively communicates the unique value of product with local relevancy
  • Develop and manage promotional materials and service supporting tools, events while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful local implementation
  • Collaborate with Product Forecast team to ensure the accuracy of forecast of stocks for both regular and new campaign launches to fulfill stockholding KPIs
  • Manage advertising and promotion budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, and make recommendations for improvements based on data analysis
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure that marketing initiatives are executed on time and within budget
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies that can enhance our marketing efforts

Academic / Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Work Experience

  • 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in luxury beauty industry

Required Competencies

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively to senior management and cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Thai and English
