Get to know the Team:

  • Grab’s marketing team is responsible for both branding marketing and performance marketing, meaning that we are here not only to win their hearts and minds but also to make them use our services

  • The team must come up with marketing strategies and campaigns to grow the Rewards business effectively, yet creatively

  • The marketing team must create a measurable impact on the entire customer’s journey: starting from acquiring, activating, accelerating (upselling, and cross-selling), advocating, and re-activating

Get to know the Role:

  • You will be responsible for delivering go-to-market plans and leading the execution of marketing campaigns and activities to ensure flawless coordination, brand presence, campaign as well as business results in the Rewards marketing team

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute Rewards marketing campaigns that are aligned with company-wide objectives, as well as budget management and target tracking

The day-to-day activities:

  • Work end-to-end, closely with Partnerships & Strategy team in crafting and executing marketing campaigns for GrabRewards

  • Localize regional assets and marketing plans to communicate with local Thai users

  • Analyze business matrix on weekly basis and find the insight from the data to initiate more marketing campaign that will impact business objective

  • Managing daily administrative tasks

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • 4+ years experience in marketing, marketing research, business consulting, business development, tech/startup industry

  • Track record of success in achieving targets on time in a rapid growth, start-up environment

  • Willingness to drive growth and able to embrace and tackle challenges

  • Effective ways in engaging and influencing cross-functional teams to achieve targets

  • Ability to develop creative, innovative yet measurable ideas for marketing through different channels to reach, engage and grow the Rewards business

  • High attention to detail, ensure the quality of all marketing materials and communications

  • Native in Thai with excellent command of spoken and written English
