Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in leading and supervising the store team to deliver high-quality hair and scalp wellness services and outstanding client experiences.

Assist in overseeing daily store operations, including appointment scheduling, staff coordination, resource allocation, and inventory control.

Support sales performance by helping the team achieve service,product, and membership targets through daily guidance, motivation,and follow-up.

Ensure service excellence by monitoring team adherence to wellness protocols, hygiene standards, and brand service guidelines.

Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching wellness consultants, therapists, and support staff.

Help track and report store performance metrics, customer feedback, and operational issues to the Store Manager.

Coordinate with the Store Manager and marketing/corporate teams on promotions, events, and client retention activities.

Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally, escalating complex issues to the Store Manager when necessary.

Stay informed about trends, techniques, and innovations in scalp and hair wellness, and support implementation where appropriate.

Act as the person-in-charge when the Store Manager is absent, ensuring smooth store operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality,

Beauty & Wellness, Retail Management, or a related field

2-4 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant management role

within wellness, beauty, spa, hospitality, or retail

Fluent in Thai (required), intermediate English proficiency (required);Mandarin is a plus

Strong sense of responsibility with a proactive, service-minded attitude

Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills,especially in customer service and retail operations

Interest or knowledge in hair and scalp care, wellness services

Comfortable using POS systems, scheduling platforms,and related operational systems

Treatment knowledge or therapist training/certification is a plus
