About Assistant Trade Marketing Manager Role

The Assistant Trade Marketing Manager will have the responsibility of converting product category strategies into actionable plans and programs to meet the established goals. Working closely with the Trade Marketing Manager, this position will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Distributor teams to develop category action plans that align with the desired outcomes and objectives, ensuring timely execution. This role offers a competitive base salary with attractive benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create marketing strategies and implement local promotional activities that are in line with the brand strategy for each product category
  • Coordinate and execute regional activities and promotions based on the marketing calendar
  • Foster and maintain partnerships with local companies to enhance the brand's presence
  • Develop and implement tailored trade activities for key accounts
  • Monitor and manage the budget for FGA (Free Goods Allowance), A&P (Advertising and Promotions), and POSM (Point of Sale Materials) in the country, while also providing reports and reconciliations
  • Take charge of launching new products, reformulations, restages, and other product-related initiatives
  • Oversee the registration process for CPR (Certificate of Product Registration) and handle other activities related to FDA (Food and Drug Administration) compliance

To excel in this role, you must have the excellent management skill.

Key Requirements

  • Possess strong analytical skills, relying on data and being focused on achieving results
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business and its dynamics, as well as the factors that can influence the market in Thailand
  • Proficient in both English and Thai languages, with excellent communication skills in both
  • Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain networks
