Role Overview
The Assistant Training Manager supports the development of store partners by delivering structured training programs and ensuring consistent execution of the certification framework across all stores.
This role focuses on frontline capability building, coaching store teams, and monitoring certification progress to ensure partners meet the required operational standards.
Role Responsibilities
1. Training Delivery
- Deliver structured training programs for store partners including Tea Barista, Senior Tea Barista, and Assistant Store Manager levels.
- Conduct classroom training, in-store coaching, and on-the-job training sessions.
- Ensure training content is delivered consistently according to the CHAGEE Operations Learning Roadmap.
2. Certification Management
- Coordinate and conduct certification assessments for store partners based on the regional certification framework.
- Track certification progress and ensure timely completion across assigned stores.
- Maintain accurate certification records and training documentation.
3. Store Coaching & Capability Development
- Conduct store visits to observe operational execution and provide coaching to store teams.
- Support store managers in improving operational discipline and SOP execution.
- Reinforce training outcomes through follow-up coaching and performance feedback.
4. Training Program Implementation
- Support the rollout of regional and country-level training programs such as Tea Master Program, Tea Barista Championship, and new product training.
- Assist in localizing training materials and adapting them to the Thailand market when required.
5. Training Data & Reporting
- Monitor training attendance, certification completion, and partner development progress.
- Prepare training reports and contribute to monthly learning updates.
- Identify training gaps and provide recommendations for improvement.
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Education, or related fields.
- 35 years of experience in training, learning & development, or retail operations.
- Experience in F&B, retail chain operations, or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and conduct frequent store visits.
