Overview of the role
. Lead briefing/debriefing/internal reviews on deliveries of IMC items
. Start to lead mid-scale creative presentation to mid-level clients independently
. Build and maintain relationship with mid-level clients
. Work with Account team and Planning team to ensure creative concepts and copy tones are on brand and strategically sound
. Maintain an awareness of status and project deliverables of team members work
. Lead and manage a team with 1-2 staff
Competencies
. Outstanding creative ability and strong concept and strategic development skills
. Ability to present to/convince the internal teams
. Strong time management skills
. Good communication and interpensonal skills, enthusiasm and sense of responsibility
. Ability to lead and tutor junior staff
Qualifications

Critical Skills
. Ability to participate in the planning stage of creative thinking and art direction/copy writing of IMC
. Excellent proposal drafting and ability in communication and presentation
Success Criteria
. IMC creative ideas output
. Mid-level clients satisfaction
. Appraisals of internal counter-parties
. A comprehensive knowledge in production process and collaboration with external production agencies
. Delivery quality, speed
- KVs, storyboards, long pages and etc. with strategic thinking while leading junior staff to support
. Development of Creative team
