We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Communications Assistant Manager / Manager to support our growth in Thailand. This role will be pivotal in enabling sales performance while ensuring alignment with our brand and values. You will work closely with the regional Marketing and Communications team in Singapore to localize and craft integrated communications that position Conexus Studio as a thought leader in workplace design and build solutions.
What you'll be doing:
- Write and ensure all communications reflect Conexus Studio's brand voice and values, maintaining consistency and elevating brand perception across the full buyer journey.
- Conduct in-depth research on regional market trends, audience behaviour, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Produce high-quality and compelling content (case studies, social media posts, etc.) that showcases our expertise and resonates with business decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and distribute impactful marketing collateral (brochures, pitch decks, presentations, proposals) that support each stage of the B2B sales cycle.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand their needs, gather feedback on collateral effectiveness, and ensure marketing efforts directly support sales targets.
- Work with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and solution alignment across all communications.
- Develop, execute, and analyse marketing campaigns (digital, email, social) to support content distribution and lead generation efforts.
- Support Conexus Studio's service offering in delivering end-to-end content and communication solutions that help clients navigate workplace transformation.
- Build and nurture relationships with local media, industry stakeholders, and partners to amplify brand visibility, secure coverage, and create co-marketing opportunities.
- Oversee the planning and participation of events, such as industry conferences, and networking sessions.
- Act as a key liaison between the Bangkok office and the Singapore team, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B Marketing, Content Marketing, or Sales Enablement roles.
- Fluent in English and Thai.
- Strong knowledge of current trends in workplace design and the built environment.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
