. To identify and deliver service improvement activity across the business through employing process improvement methodologies and the application of innovative thinking
. To work with key stakeholders as LEAN champions, to build a continuous improvement environment to support an ongoing program of change
. To lead and facilitate LEAN/process improvement-based workshops to drive ideas and solutions
. Coordinate and lead key projects for improvement across all levels of the organization through supervise several teams directly or collaborate with managers to re-engineer processes
. Act as internal consultants, developing short- and long-term strategies for the organization and incorporating Six Sigma, Agile, and other practices.
. Facilitate progress and reduce costs, both in terms of lower resources usage and workflow inefficiencies.
. To support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within manufacturing or company processes and identification of better ways of working included team development, training, reporting and support them
. Master or Bachelor in engineering or sciences (or equivalent)
. Minimum 10-year experience in improvement role and working experience in an operational environment

. Organization skills -spearhead both the planning and implementation stages of multiple projects, organized and committed to meeting deadlines

. Analytical thinking -evaluate individual processes and projects, synthesize their insights to arrive at a summary of overall organizational status
. Communication skills - being able to speak, listen, and write well is important, hold presentations, facilitate meetings and trainings, and create reports
