: Oversee the new and renew sales operation both agent and direct sales in the assigned area to meet the target.
Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales
Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
Meet goals and metrics
Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
Bring out the best of branchs personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs
Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration
Ensure that the work environment complies with health and safety legislation and related company policies
Manage the cost and expenses of branches as agreed in the budget of the company
Improve the efficiency of sales conversion and premiums per application.
Liaise and co-ordinate with other department managers about the problems in the operation process with other departments such as Claims, Care Management, Finance & Accounting, and Membership.
Carry out other duties related to the branch as assigned by the Head of Branch Sales.

- Bachelor degree or higher in Business management, health care and wellness management or other related fields
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing
- Strong customer orientation, attention to detail and effective communicator both in written and verbal form; actively seek customer feedback and immediately responsive to concerns.
- Proven knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
- Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
- Familiarity with Insurance industrys rules and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills
