Job Description

Job Purposes
Implement brand and marketing plans and direction to monitor management of brands, products, and services, as well as development of marketing strategies to ensure competitive products and brands, apply marketing initiatives and activities with target market, and drive gross sales achievement
Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Implementdirections andstrategies for brands and marketing activitiesto ensure goal achievement of the brand
  • Build and manage brand value to gain competitive advantage and market share
  • Provide information to determine the profitability and viability of new brands and products to increase market opportunities and achieve business goals
  • Follow up marketing movement and situation to assist insetting up creative marketing strategies aand achieve organization goalseffectively
  • Develop high quality and effective marketing materials and strategies including brand guidelines and vision to ensure and increase market activities
  • Coordinate with product development and relevant functions to manage brands and develop new business marketing opportunities
  • Monitor market research of consumer behavior, analysis of competitive brand and product, sales forecasts and relevant financial reports, to support brand management and marketing effectively
  • Manage budget and operating cost for marketing activities including advertising and promotional items to ensure cost-effectiveness

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Advertising and Marketing, Economics or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of responsible experience and 1-3 years of team management
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have research and analytical skills
  • Be creative and innovative
  • Have budget-management skills
