We are looking for a Business Analyst to drive AI-enabled process improvement initiatives across the business. This role will focus heavily on stakeholder engagement, process analysis, and translating operational needs into functional specifications for internal application development and AI automation.
This is a highly business-facing individual contributor role, ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with users, understanding operational pain points, and helping modernise processes through automation and AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with internal users and operational teams to understand business processes, workflows, and pain points
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders
- Act as the bridge between business users and technical teams
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and process documentation
- Drive user engagement and adoption of new systems and automation initiatives
AI & Process Automation Initiatives
- Support the implementation of:
- Automated Invoicing solutions
- Automated Bank Reconciliation processes
- AI-enabled workflow improvements
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and AI technologies
- Draft specifications and business requirements for AI-driven solutions and internal systems
Role Breakdown
- Approximately 70% stakeholder engagement and user interaction
- Approximately 30% internal application delivery and coordination
Key Requirements
- Experience working as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience gathering requirements and drafting functional specifications
- Exposure to finance-related processes such as invoicing or reconciliation
- Understanding of automation, AI, or workflow optimisation initiatives
- Comfortable working independently as an individual contributor
- Experience working with internal business applications and cross-functional teams
