The Job

In this role, you will be managing Key Accounts and be responsible for :
  • Compiling lists of prospective client’s businesses, developing pipeline and lead generation for Professional Services, Training, and Support Services for key accounts.
  • Visiting existing & prospective client businesses to maintain and establish relationships and act on selling opportunities.
  • Assessing customer needs and recommending goods and services which meet their needs.
  • Generating sales documentation in relation to quoting, negotiating price and credit terms, completion of contracts and recording & processing orders.
  • Conducting post-Sales follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with ICT goods and services purchased.
  • Arranging modification or change requests, resolving issues and discussing the potential for ongoing support contract.
  • Acquiring and updating knowledge of the company/competitor's goods and services and relevant market conditions.
  • Updating CRM with current leads, opportunities and current customer information & contacts.
  • Assisting in the management and delivery of Marketing programs for Professional Services, Training, and Support Services.
  • Partnering Channel Management and keeping abreast of the latest technology, products and industry trends related to products we support in this space.
  • Participating in lead generation activities such as seminars, demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, including and preparing proposals.
  • Dealing with distributors in order to request software quotes & options based on client requirements.
  • Preparing monthly forecasts for internal reporting to management.

The Profile
  • You have at least 5 years of experience within a B2C sales/account management or B2B vendor account management role, ideally within the IT Software and IT Services industry.
  • You are an excellent written and verbal communicator and fluent in English to liaise with a portfolio of global clients.
  • You are a high achieving performer, goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
  • You can manage multiple stakeholders, & are a strong networker & relationship builder.
  • You have fantastic interpersonal skills and are a strong team player.
